BLOOD LUST




Supplies needed:

I am using the amazing art from EOS Sparks for this tutorial, which you can find here

Scrapkit: I am using an awesome kit from Amy Marie called "Blood Lust" which you can get by going here

WSL Mask 287 here

Plugins used: VanDerlee Snowflakes, Xero-Radiance, Xero-Bad Dream, Lokas 3D Shadow

This tutorial is written for those who have working knowledge of PSPX2 (any version will do).

This tutorial was written by me on August 31, 2012. Please do not copy or paste on any other forum, website or blog provide link back to tut only. Please do not claim as your own. This tutorial is copyrighted to me. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Ok - let's start and remember to save often.

Open up a 700 x 650 blank canvas.

Select Element 51 and paste in the center of your canvas

Resize by 65%

Select Steps2 element and resize by 45%

Paste steps behind element 51 and mirror

Copy and paste tube of choice and position where desired

Apply Xero Radiance at setting of choice

Apply Lokas 3D Shadow

Select Ground2 element and resize by 75%

Paste behind your tube and reposition it on the bottom

Select Ground element and resize by 75%

Paste under your ground2 element and position it on the bottom

Select GrassSkulls element and resize by 45%

Paste on top of element 51 and position it to your left

Duplicate and mirror element

Select Candle2 element and resize by 45%

Paste and position it under your grassskulls element to the left

Duplicate and mirror

Select moon element and resize by 40%

Paste under element 51 and reposition it on the top left

Select your Cloud element and paste/reposition on top of your moon layer

You can drop the opacity to about 70% on cloud like I did if you prefer

Select Element 38 and resize by 55%

Paste under grassskulls element and position it to the right

Select your Owl element and resize by 35%

Paste on top of your element 38 as shown

Select a New raster layer and flood-fill with color of choice and send to the bottom

Add a new raster layer on top and flood-fill with gradient of choice using your plant leaves texture as shown:

Take the Trees element and paste on top right of texture

Merge all three layers together

Apply WSL Mask 287

Merge group and move mask layer to the bottom

Stay selected on your mask layer

Select all, float, defloat

Add new raster layer and apply VanDerLee Snowflakes with the following settings:


Move this layer under your tube layer

Add any additional elements you like.

Add any dropshadows you like

Crop and resize as desired

Add copyright info, license number and name
